Slim Patch Directions:

1. Wash your hands and cleanse your navel area.
2. Pat your navel and surrounding skin dry.
3. Open the Slim Patch and the Natural Bead.
4. Place the Natural Bead in the center of the Slim Patch.
5. Place the Slim Patch on your navel. Make sure the Natural Bead is inside of your navel.
6. Wear the Slim Patch for up to 24 hours - do not exceed past 24 hours (the natural bead does not dissolve).

Slimming Tea Directions:

1. Prepare 3 cups of water for every 1 bag of Natural Slimming Tea.
2. Boil 3 cups of water (bring it to a rolling boil).
3. Add a bag of Slimming Tea.
4. Boil for 5 minutes.
5. Let the Teabag seep for 3-5 minutes, then remove.
6. Let it cool and pour into a water bottle.
7. Drink 1 bottle at night before bed.
